The challenge was 'High-Fidelity Translation.' We had to deploy musicians who could replicate the polish of studio recordings in a live, high-traffic outdoor setting. The programming required rapid adaptability—shifting genres instantly to match the demographic flow of the Boulevard, effectively functioning as a 'Live Algorithm' that responded to the crowd in real-time.
