The imperative was 'Internal Diplomacy.' We weren't just playing music; we were curating the mood of a government entity. This required a 50-week sustained campaign of diversity—introducing employees to everything from classical theory to jazz history. The goal was to elevate the 'Cultural IQ' of the staff while providing a tangible mental-health break, directly supported by executive leadership as a pillar of workplace happiness.
Human Capital Enrichment: Using culture to drive corporate morale and creative output.
This project validated the 'ROI of Happiness.' By sustaining a year-long engagement with a high-level government ministry, we proved that cultural activation is a viable tool for HR and Human Capital departments. It positioned Music House as a partner capable of enhancing the internal fabric of an organization, not just its external events.
Institutionalizing joy in the workplace through consistent artistic presence.
